Maintain a healthy sleep routine

Going to bed at a consistent time every night can help improve your quality of sleep. If you develop a routine of going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time, your body will learn this routine. It will become easier for you to fall asleep at your regular time.
(If you've ever travelled and experienced jet lag, you'll know how difficult it can be to try to break this routine as well!)

Rising at a regular time in the morning will also help to strengthen the routine and help with falling asleep at night.

And don't forget to dress your bed with a fresh set of cozy fleece sheets. You'll be whisked away to dreamland in no time!
