Bed Sheets for those with paralysis

One of our customers emailed us the other day to let us know how wonderful Night and Gale Fleece Bed Sheets are for her mother. She is a stroke survivor and suffers from paralysis in her left arm and leg. Because of her paralysis, she gets very cold and getting into a chilly bed can be very uncomfortable.

They decided to try our warm and cozy fleece bed sheets and are very happy with the results! No longer does her mother have to cringe as she gets into bed at night.

We are so people are benefiting from our product and hope that you will too!

Memory foam

We've recently been hearing rave reviews from friends about memory foam mattresses and pillows.

One friend was so thrilled with his new memory foam mattress that he couldn't stop talking about it for 15 minutes and he seemed happier than ever. It made us think maybe it's worth a try?

This wasn't just the mattress topper that he was talking about, it was the full mattress. We've heard they are significantly more expensive than regular mattresses, but when you consider that you spend about one third of your life in bed, maybe it's worth it.

Other people we know use the memory foam pillows and love those too. There seems to be a trend happening and we'd like to test these products out!

Don't forget to use our soft and fluffy fleece bedding with any mattress you choose.

Your bedroom

If you have trouble sleeping—maybe you are distracted or worrying at bedtime–you may consider how you use your bedroom.

For example, if you have a desk in your bedroom, and often do work there, maybe this prevents you from being able to shut that part off when it comes time to sleep. Perhaps the presence of your desk reminds you of the work that you have to wake up to do tomorrow.

Ideally, your bedroom should be meant for just sleeping (or relaxing). Creating a relaxing and comforting atmostphere in your bedroom might help you to feel more relaxed at bedtime.

Overall make sure your bedroom is comfortable for you and is somewhere you can enjoy going at the end of the day.
